Every item purchased from touredgepreowned.com will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The certificate verifies that the item purchased was inspected and authorized for sale on this site by Tour Edge Golf Mfg., Inc.

Lifetime Warranty

The Tour Edge lifetime warranty applies to all clubs purchased through touredgepreowned.com for a lifetime of use by the purchaser beginning on the date of purchase. It covers all defects in components, products, and workmanship. This includes steel and graphite shaft breakage. Deterioration of product due to abuse, loss, theft, or usage in any manner not consistent with its original intent voids the warranty. Also, adjustments made to the club after purchasing in the form of re-shafting, alteration of loft and/or lie, re-engraving of score lines or other indented surfaces, as well as cleansing of clubs with abrasives which scratch the surface in a manner inconsistent with the original finish, nullifies the warranty.

Every wood or hybrid club purchased at touredgepreowned.com will be accompanied by an authentic Tour Edge headcover at no extra cost to the purchaser.

30 Day Guarantee

All stock clubs purchased at touredgepreowned.com is eligible for the Tour Edge 30 day guarantee. This guarantee allows the purchaser to return the club for a full product refund within 30 days of the purchase date (Shipping charges not eligible for credit). See our “Returns” section for detailed instructions on how to return a club under this guarantee.

Broken product or custom products are not eligible to be returned for credit under the 30-day play guarantee. A custom product is a product that alterations we made to during the checkout process. Products classified for sale as “One of a kind” products are not considered custom and are eligible for return under the 30-day play guarantee.

Shipping Rates

Tour Edge Pre-Owned is constantly striving to provide our customers with the most affordable shipping rates available. With this goal in mind, we’ve been able to establish flat shipping rates to anywhere in the continental U.S, Alaska and Hawaii. Best of all, you’ll be able to see your shipping options and corresponding rates by simply adding a product to your cart. On our site, you’ll know your exact shipping cost without having to provide any personal information. We are also happy to ship anywhere internationally, and you can view your shipping rates simply by selecting your country. Our international customers do not have to provide personal information to view shipping rates.

Condition Ratings

Our clubs are evaluated and given one of three ratings: excellent, very good or good. Any club in less than good condition will not be offered on our site. For example, our woods will never have “pop-up” marks on the crown. Our ratings are determined based on the following:

• Outlet - Brand new, factory-direct discontinued and closeout models. All outlet clubs are in original factory packaging direct from the Tour Edge warehouse.
• Excellent - the club has seen limited play and appears almost new with slight normal use wear and tear.
• Very Good - the club has seen normal play and shows normal wear. No excessive wear outside the hitting area.
• Good - the club has seen normal play and shows signs of normal to excessive play. Club may contain possible minor wear outside the hitting area.

Custom Options

Many of the clubs available on touredgepreowned.com are eligible for custom options at the time of purchase. Alterations to the original specifications will be made based on the customer’s selections. Any and all charges for customizations will be clearly indicated prior to purchasing.

Tour Edge Pre-Owned Return Policy

At Tour Edge Pre-Owned, we want you to be happy with the items you order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any stock order to Tour Edge Pre-Owned for a full refund. We won’t make you settle for an in-store credit, we’ll refund your money to you without any questions. Prior to returning any products, customers must contact Tour Edge Pre-Owned by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Once we issue an RA #, we will provide detailed return instructions and an address to ship the product to. Customers are responsible for the return freight cost to Tour Edge Pre-Owned. Once we receive your return, we will provide your refund within 48 hours.
